Age Criteria: The child must complete 3 years and less than 4 years of age as on March 31, 2024.
Form for Nursery/Pre – School will be available on school website: https://ae.snps.edu.in 23.11.2023 (Thursday)
Submission of Registration Form by 15.12.2023 (Friday)

Timing : 09:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Uploading details on school website of children who applied for admission under open seats. 29.12.2023 (Friday)
Uploading marks (as per point system) given to each child who applies for admission under open seats. 05.01.2024 (Friday)
The date for displaying the first list of selected children (Including waiting list) : (along with marks allotted under point system) 12.01.2024 (Friday)
Resolving queries of parents, if any (by written / email/ verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their wards in the first list 13.01.2024 – 22.01.2024

General Instructions:

  1. Please read the given below instructions carefully before filling up the form.
  2. Please retain the acknowledgement slip issued against the receipt of Admission Form for future reference.

 

ADMISSION GUIDELINES:

  • The registration process is open for admission in class Pre-School/Nursery ONLY for the session 2024 – 25.
  • The child must be of 3 years as on 31st March, 2024.
  • The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY only. Candidates willing to apply under DG/EWS Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.

The following Original Documents to be produced at the time of verification for the grant of admission for General Category/Minority Category:

Registration Slip along with:-

  1. Birth Certificate of the Child
  2. Proof of Residence: Ration Card/Aadhaar Card/Voter I-Card/Domicile Certificate/Electricity Bill/Water/MTNL Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents.
  3. Voter ID of both parents and real siblings (if any)
  4. Proof of Sibling: Identity Card and Report Card of the child studying in SNPS, Avtar Enclave.
  5. Proof of Alumni: School Leaving Certificate
  6. Medical Certificate stating blood group of the student.
  7. 7. The admission to EWS/DG category would be as per the rules laid down by DOE.

Please note the following points:

  1. Registration Form found incomplete in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
  2. No UNDERTAKING regarding the documents mentioned above shall be accepted at the time of verification of document.
  3. Earlier request application submitted to the school for admission purpose in any class stand void.
  4. Distance calculation is considered only by the Main Road having its starting point from Gate No. 1 of the school.
  5. Attach the photocopies of the listed documents along with the registration form at the time of its submission.
  6. Bring two passport size photographs of the candidate and a joint photograph of the candidate with both the parents (5x6cm) at the time of verification of documents.
  7. Any discrepancy if noted in the List published (First/Second/Third) to be brought to the notice of the Vice Principal in writing within 48 hours (during school working hours) of its publication failing which no representation shall be entertained thereafter.

  • Paschim Vihar, Paschim Puri, Peera Garhi, Madipur, Multan Nagar, jwala Heri, Punjabi Bagh, Miyan Wali, Jwala Puri, Udyog Nagar.

3 – 5 Km:

  • Mangol Puri, Nangloi, Budh Vihar, Nihal Vihar, Rani Bagh, Avantika, Raghubir Nagar, Vikas Puri.

5 – 8 Km:

  • Sultan Puri, Mundka, Rama Vihar, Rohini Sector – 20 and 21, Begam Pur, Karan Vihar, Ram Pura.
