Van Mahotsav
Van Mahotsav was celebrated on 7th July 2018 in our school premises. The celebration was an ideal opportunity to instill the value of Social responsibility in students towards safeguarding trees. The programme started with the speech on the ‘Importance of Trees in our life’. The students of class II highlighted the importance of trees through a skit. A motivational song was presented by our school choir group. To ignite the thoughts of protecting, preserving and nurturing the trees, a dance performance was presented by the tiny tots. The Vice-Principal, Mrs. Meenakshi Chugh, motivated the children to save our mother earth by planting more and more trees. At the end of the programme, she planted a sapling in the school garden and encouraged the students to plant as well.
