Swatchhata Hi Seva Campaign 2019
To create awareness among the students about Cleanliness and to reinforce sanitation as everyone’s business, a special assembly was held in our school premises on 20th September 2019. It also focused on Plastic Waste Management. Some teachers and students spoke on Swachhata Awareness. All the students were made aware to limit the use of single use plastic. Teachers also highlighted the importance of cleanliness and sanitation among children and encouraged them to keep hygiene and sanitation in school as well as home. They were assigned the duty to clean their surroundings and make it plastic free.
In addition to this banners and posters were made by the students. An essay writing competition was held wherein students participated whole heartedly. Some poems were also written by them.
Overall this campaign was quite informative and beneficial for the students.
