Health Check-up Camp

Health is wealth and to treasure that wealth, we need to have a balanced diet, do yoga, meditation & other physical exercises and opt for regular health check-ups.

A Health Check-up Camp was organized by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation on 6 August 2019 at Sant Nirankari Public School, Avtar Enclave.

All the classes from Pre-School to X with the strength of 864 students were covered from 8am to 12 noon under this camp. A team of 17 doctors along with 35 volunteers conducted this camp which included General Physical Examination, Blood Pressure Check-up,  Dental, Eye, ENT check-up etc. Necessary medical advice and precautionary measures were given to the students. A health record was maintained for each student. After medical check-up a descriptive report for individual student was provided. The volunteers of Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation rendered their selfless services for the smooth functioning of the camp as well as helped the doctors in this social work. The records of the students are being maintained by the respective class teacher who will show them to the parents during Parent Teacher Meeting.

For those students who were not present on 06-08-2019 health check-up forms will be given to them and the parents will get the check-up done themselves and submit details to their respective class teacher.

Overall, the health check-up camp proved beneficial for the students.
