The 64th birth anniversary of Satguru Baba Hardev Singh Ji maharaj was celebrated in school on 23rd February, 2018 with great vigour. The students and teachers took active participation in it. A small skit was presented by student of Class VIII showcasing the importance of Satguru in our lives. Students of Class III and IV sang poems related to Guru Mahima. The student of Class II also discussed the thoughts of Baba Ji and how they are valuable for all of us to imbibe in our lives.
The Students of Class VIII presented Guru Vandana in the form of Classical dance. A teacher told the importance of the day and how the Nirankari Mission progressed by leaps and bounds under the guidance of Baba Ji. A melodius shabad from Avtar Vani was sung by the teachers’ choir group. The Vice Principal of the school Ms. Meenakshi Chugh addressed the students that everyone should take oath to follow all the teachings of Baba Ji if they wish to excel in life and this is the way we all can celebrate this day in its true sense.
